This is an ultra-nourishing under-eye balm made with potent botanicals and unrefined oils. It is anhydrous, meaning there are no water or water-based products in it. It is very potent, and every single ingredient is there for its skin-benefiting ability. This balm has brightening, soothing, and moisturizing properties, and can help lighten the appearance of dark circles and wrinkles. It can also aid in easing the appearance and texture of scars, due to the regenerative nutrients found in rosehip seed oil.
