I feel like it would be better in another category than toner mist.
As a busy mom of three my days are full of activities. On top of that I work out daily and manage our household. At the end of the day I often have sore and painful muscles and I suffer from restless leg syndrome. When I use this spray before going to bed I feel the tension and stress leave my body and my muscles feel relaxed. As a result of that I can fall asleep better and wake up revitalized. This is such a great selfcare product that I highly recommend!
This magnesium spray has become my best friend, and I love it! I use it after I take a bath on my legs, feet, and stomach. It helps with my muscle an body aches. I also love spraying it at night before I go to sleep, it helps me relax so I can sleep better at night. This is an unscented magnesium spray and it doesn't make my skin itchy like some other magnesium sprays. This magnesium spray also helps with anxiety, hormone balance, as well as muscle relaxation. It has become a definite must part of my night time routine.
