The packaging is great. The wand properly separates the lashes and applies in a non clumping way. The product washes off with hot water and a bamboo cloth. I am a big fan of it.
This mascara was surly natural! The ingredients are great, but it did not do a good job of defining my lashes. It did not give volume or lengthen, and it did flake. Wash off was easy.
