As a 2023 CertClean Judge I had an opportunity to test Tri Balm by Frances Prescotts. For me, this is my very first cleanser in a stick deodorant like form. I agree that this product is a new concept in skincare. A cleansing stick that not only cleans but also exfoliates and moisturizes all in one step. The product is super easy to use, just apply the balm to the dry skin, massage it, add a little water to activate it. The balm on the skin will transform into a milky white lotion. After that just rise off with warm water. The scent is very calming and the stick feels good on my skin. For me this is a perfect cleanser. It completely removes all my makeup. I am glad I don't need to use any other cleansers to take off my stubborn eye makeup. It leaves my skin so soft and hydrated.
It was easy to put on directly from the product. Very moisturizing and hydrating for cold days. I love how it is a multi-use as a cleanser, exfoliated and hydrator.
This face blam is very unique! I think my favorite way to use it as a mask. I apply it after I wash my face at night, leave it on for 10 minutes, and rinse it off. It leaves my face smooth and nourished. I wouldn't recommend this is you're thinking of using it as a face cleanser though! It's hard to get enough on your hands to get your makeup off. But as a mask, it's great!
