The Goddess of women, marriage, fertility, childbirth, family, royalty, queenship heirs, kingdoms, and the air. She represents so many things that women can all feel a connection to and see a bit of themselves in her and what she represents. Also, men can admire her strength and power equally. Hera represents something universally powerful, much like HempHera as a brand is universal – it is for everyone. For as long as I could remember, ancient mythology completely captivated me. I equally felt enchanted with nature. I have always loved to explore even if it was a daily hike through the woods where I grew up. Fast track to high school and I’m picking plants apart under a microscope. We truly have a beautiful planet.

I confidently could say everything. We are unlike any other brand in the industry. HempHera is the world’s first fully dedicated CBD skincare line; I’m talking cleansers, toners, serums, moisturizers, eye creams, masks — ‘the whole nine yards.’ (to my knowledge, if they existed before me — I did not know about them.)

What makes us extremely unique is the scientific use of nanotechnology. Nanotechnology is the term given to those areas of science and engineering where phenomena that take place at dimensions in the nanometer scale are utilized in the design, characterization, production, and application of materials, structures, devices, and systems.

Basically, we break our CBD into millions of microscopic particles so that it can be absorbed faster and penetrate deeper. Bioavailability is everything when referring to nutrients, especially CBD. A standard-size particle of CBD will measure around 2000 nanometers in size. A human cell cannot absorb CBD particles any larger than 60–80 nanometers.

Without breaking your CBD into true nanometers, not only will it not absorb properly, but it makes it harder to get your CBD into a water-soluble state, which could also explain why our formulations are typically unlike any other brand in our industry - most are oil based in every product.
