Daily Bliss Moisturizer is a great product; what makes it so unique?

This product is from our Daily Hydration range. It is primarily used to keep the skin hydrated, well moisturized and free from any dryness and to protect it against free radical damage. The Aloe Leaf Juice, Shea Butter and Cacao Seed Butter all contain moisturizing benefits. These ingredients draw and trap moisture into the deeper layers of the skin. They work together with the Glycerin and the Coconut Alkanes, which impact the outer layer of the skin, protecting it and preventing moisture loss. The antimicrobial benefits of grape seed oil help ensure the product is non-comedogenic.

It is suitable for all skin types and has been tested for sensitive skin suitability. It isn’t ideal for extremely oily skin and skin actively affected by acne, as the formula is very rich and ultra-hydrating.

What are your star ingredients?

Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice contains a powerhouse of benefits for the skin. Deeply moisturizing, anti-inflammatory and can help to prevent transepidermal water loss. Rich in Vitamins, including A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, E, Choline and Folic Acid. These vitamins are great for protecting the skin from environmental free radical damage, compounds that cause signs of premature aging due to damaging effects on cell structures. Widely known to be able to penetrate and absorb into deeper layers of the skin, aloe effectively stimulates enzyme action to promote healthy skin.

Coconut Alkanes create a barrier that helps lock in moisture. Like silicones, coconut alkanes fill in the gaps between skin cells, creating a blurring, photo-filter effect on the skin for a soft, smooth, and velvety finish.

Glycerin pulls water into the outer layer of your skin from the deepest levels. It helps hydrate the outer layer of the skin, improve the skin's barrier function and helps to relieve dry skin.

Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter acts as a skin conditioning agent. It helps retain moisture and lessen water loss by forming a barrier on the skin's surface. It also reduces the appearance of rough patches and dry flakes on the skin.

Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter is a rich and nourishing butter that slows water loss from the skin by forming a barrier on the skin’s surface. It promotes healthy skin by keeping it hydrated and improving the skin’s elasticity. This butter contains antioxidants and polyphenols, which can help reduce inflammation and protect the skin from UV damage.

Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil helps alleviate the clogged pores that could arise with such a rich formula. Known for its antimicrobial properties, this oil attacks bacteria that can get deep into the pores and cause breakouts. It also contains an antioxidant called proanthocyanidin, which can help to even out skin tone when used on the skin regularly.

The combination of Aloe Leaf Juice, Coconut Alkanes, Glycerin, Shea Butter, Cacao Butter, Grape Seed Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, May Chang Oil, and the following clean beauty credentials is what sets this apart from similar products. 99.03% of the total ingredients are of natural origin, 95.79% of the whole plant-based ingredients are from organic farming, and 62.59% of the fundamental components are from organic farming.

How has your experience helped you to come up with these formulas?

Having had over 50 years of experience within the beauty industry, we have learnt many lessons along the way. Our formulas have been created through various trials, errors and periods of product testing. We do not complete a product’s formulation until we are happy with this specific combination of ingredients and can prove the benefit to the skin.

How should consumers use the Daily Bliss Moisturizer?

Using this product consistently offers the best results. It takes time for skin to get used to new products. However, this formula is non-irritating and starts to be effective within the first few uses. The impact continues to build with regular use. We recommend using this after cleansing the skin, especially with our cleansing face wash.
